NEBRASKA CITY, Neb. - At the recent Nebraska City Council meeting, discussion was held over demolition of an unsafe building located at 516 North 13th Street.
City Administrator Randy Dunster says the homeowner failed to take action over the building so the city will take over.
Dunster says the building is beyond repair and needs to come down.KXCV-KRNW
