MARYVILLE, Mo. - After a little over two months on the job, Northwest Missouri State University President Lance Tatum addressed university employees before the arrival of freshman today.
At Wednesday morning's meeting, Doctor Tatum talked about the struggles facing higher education, including the struggle for funding from Jefferson City.
President Tatum told employees he'd work tirelessly in Jefferson City to make sure all lawmakers know about Northwest.
During his first few months, President Tatum said he has been focused on understanding the university’s culture and traditions.
