FALLS CITY, Neb. - One area school district is investing into improving their safety and security for their school buildings this school year.
Falls City Public Schools Superintendent Tim Heckenlively stated that they are in the process of installing new controlled access to all the exterior doors in the school.
They are switching from regular key locks to card reader electronic locks.
Heckenlively added that they are working on adding a perforated window finish on the main level of the high school that will allow you to see out, but prohibits you from seeing in.
