A motorcyclist is dead after a crash in Buchanan County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 64-year-old Jackie Chappell of Saint Joseph was riding a 2021 Harley Davidson on state highway 371 about four miles south of Faucett. At 1:40 p.m., a 2005 Dodge Pickup crossed the centerline of the highway, striking the motorcycle. Chappell was ejected from the motorcycle and pronounced dead about an hour later at the scene.
No other details have been released.
