ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Book lovers will be heading to St. Joseph at the end of this month for the 2023 Local Author Showcase. It happens at the Downtown St. Joseph Public Library on Saturday, Sep. 30 from 2 - 4 p.m.
The showcase will feature 16 area authors from Missouri and Kansas who will be able to discuss their books, writing process, and lend tips.
Community Services and Promotions Coordinator with the Library Crystal Stuck said that this event is a chance for people interested in writing or publishing books can talk to authors about the process.
