CAMERON, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says an elderly man was seriously injured in a pick-up truck wreck.
The Patrol says 84-year-old Nellie Hughes of Kidder was driving a 2005 Dodge Dakota on Old U.S. Highway 36, two miles east of Cameron.
At 1:45 p.m. Sunday afternoon, the truck travelled off the road, struck a utility sign and then a tree. Hughes was taken to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.
