SIDNEY, Iowa - Two Iowa businesses are teaming up for an inaugural Western day this weekend.
Horse Creek Adventures and Almost Amish Horse and Buggy will be hosting "Belgians, Buggies, and Bluegrass" in the Loess Hills near Sidney tomorrow.
The event will be feature three horse riding options, including buggy rides and kids' rides, with 60-minute or 30-minute rides.
Other attractions at Saturday's event include bluegrass entertainment, hiking, traditional logging demonstrations and a hearty "chuck wagon lunch." A chuck wagon lunch is wagon stew with cornbread and biscuits.
