CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - Chillicothe is gearing up for the 25th Anniversary of the Canadian Pacific Kansas City Holiday Train.
The festive train is set to arrive on Monday, November 27 at 2:45 p.m. near Lowes parking lot. Over the years, the train has raised about $22.5 million and 5 million of food for community food banks across North America.
The community is invited to the program starting at 3 p.m., featuring professional musicians performing on the elaborately decorated train stage.
Attendees are encouraged to bring canned food or dry goods for the local House of Prayer, with monetary donations also accepted.
