JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Missouri students from grades K-12 are invited to combat litter in the state creatively by participating in the Missouri Department of Transportation's 2024 "Yes You CAN Make Missouri Litter-Free" trash-can-decorating contest.

As part of the annual "No MOre Trash!" statewide campaign in April, students can decorate a large trash can with the campaign's logo and a litter prevention message.

The contest includes categories for specific grades. Winning schools receive 200 dollars, and first-place winners compete for a grand prize of 600 dollars and a trophy. Entries must be submitted online by March 15.
