DES MOINES, Iowa - Iowans can gear up for the outdoors as the Iowa Department of Natural Resources announces the availability of 2024 resident hunting, fishing, and other licenses starting next Friday.
With current licenses expiring on January 10, outdoor enthusiasts can choose from various options, including the popular Outdoor Combo, Angler’s Special three-year fishing license, and Hunter’s Special three-year hunting license with habitat.
Anglers also have the Bonus Line option, allowing an extra line. Residents can upgrade to a durable hard card for $6 featuring custom art from Iowa artists.
Licenses are obtainable at 650 locations statewide and online at iowadnr.gov/gooutdoorsiowa. The GoOutdoorsIowa mobile app offers convenient access to license information and syncing capabilities for hunting and fishing permits.
