LATHROP, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 23-year-old Cameron man is in serious condition after a single-vehicle wreck.
The Patrol says Trenton McElvain was driving a 2009 Nissan Titan on U.S. Interstate 35, just one mile south of Lathrop.
At 7:35 p.m. Wednesday, McElvain drove off the road and struck an emergency crossover, causing the truck to overturn and go airborne.
McElvain, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.
