MSHP: Head-on collision seriously injures woman

PATTONSBURG, Mo. - A 38-year-old Pattonsburg woman was seriously injured in a head-on collision.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says Kristina Sandborg was driving a 2012 Dodge Journey on Highway 69, one mile south of Pattonsburg.

The Patrol says she turned to Forest Avenue and was struck head-on by a 2007 Ford F-150. Sandborg, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center with serious injuries.

A teenager, who was also in the Dodge, suffered minor injuries.
