ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - St. Joseph police arrested a man on charges of sexually assaulting a minor.
Police arrested 51-year-old Timothy Brown, of St. Joseph, on a felony warrant for statutory sodomy with a person less than 14 years old. Brown is being held in the Buchanan County Jail with no bond.
