Award-winning Chicago tribute band to perform in St. Joseph

St. Joseph will welcome a traveling tribute band to town who has toured across North America for a performance in late March.

The group Brass Transit: The Music Legacy of Chicago, will be performing at the Historic Missouri Theatre Saturday, March 23 at 7:30 p.m. The award winning group features a world class horn section, rocking rhythm section and vocals stacked sky-high as they transport listeners back to the freewheeling days of the 1970s with songs like "Does Anyone Really Know What Time It Is?", "Saturday in the Park", "Feelin Stronger Everyday" and "Just You 'n' Me".

Tickets range from $20 to $60 and can be purchased at the Performing Arts office at 713 Edmond Street, by calling 816-279-1225 or by going online to performingarts-saintjoseph.org
