CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - Rehearsals for the Chillicothe Area Community Choir kick off next Monday at 6:30 p.m. The choir welcomes high school students and adults of all skill levels, and there are no auditions required.
Under the guidance of director Betty Preston Steele and accompanist Carolyn Johnson, the choir will embark on an exciting journey with this year's theme, "Don't Stop the Music."
Rehearsals will take place at the Chapel of the United Methodist Church. For those interested in joining or seeking more information, contact the arts office at 660-646-1173.
The Community Chorus performance is scheduled for Sunday, June 23 at 3 p.m. The performance will take place at the Gary Dickinson Performing Arts Center and is part of the Chillicothe Area Arts Council's show season.
