MoDOT hosting job fair this week in St. Joseph

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is gearing up to offer job seekers exciting opportunities at their upcoming job fair in St. Joseph.

Set from 2 - 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Northwest District Office on North Belt Highway, this event aims to fill multiple positions within MoDOT's workforce.

Positions up for grabs include maintenance workers, bridge maintenance workers, and electricians.

MoDOT emphasizes that full-time employees not only receive comprehensive on-the-job training but also enjoy a range of benefits.

Applicants are advised to come prepared with a valid driver's license and can either complete applications on-site or beforehand at modot.org/careers.

An active email address is required for the application process. Basic requirements include being at least 18 years old, possessing a high school diploma or GED, and holding a valid driver's license.
