WHEELING, Mo. - A St. Joseph woman was taken to the hospital by LifeFlight after a wreck in Livingston County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 39-year-old Heather Bolonyi-Holt had been driving a 2003 Chevy Avalanche, which was pulling a 30-foot camper, on U.S. Highway 36 on Tuesday.

In Wheeling, the truck broke down, blocking part of the driving lane. At 6:12 a.m., a 2023 Toyota Camry, driven by 44-year-old Michael Kinnison of Salisbury, struck the rear of the camper.

The impact caused the Toyota to overturn, and while overturning, it struck Bolonyi-Holt who was outside her truck. Bolonyi-Holt suffered serious injuries while Kinnison suffered minor injuries.
