CLARINDA, Iowa - A 41-year-old resident of Imogene was arrested by the Page County Sheriff's Office this week.

Vincent Michael Martin voluntarily surrendered himself at the sheriff's office in response to a warrant issued on March 4.

The warrant outlined several charges against Martin, including Assault on Persons of Certain Occupations with Intent of Injury, Disarming a Peace Officer, Interference with Official Acts resulting in Serious Injury, and Assault on Persons in Certain Occupations.

His bond was initially set at $16,000. However, prior to his surrender, the Page County District Court permitted Martin to post a 10% bond through the court, amounting to $1,600.

Following his processing at the sheriff's office, Martin was released after posting the bond.
