MDA offering opportunity to participate in trade mission

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Agriculture is offering a unique opportunity for two lucky individuals to join the 2024 Mexico Trade Mission for beef cattle and genetics.

This exciting venture will provide insight into Mexico’s bustling cattle industry, offering ranch tours, promoting Missouri beef cattle & genetics, and opening doors to international markets.

With the United States being Mexico’s largest agricultural trading partner, this mission holds significant potential.

Mexico has a keen interest in beef cattle genetics, and this trip will allow Missouri producers to tap into this market while gaining invaluable knowledge about Mexico’s environment, genetic progress, herd management, and technology.

The Trade Mission is scheduled for May 13-16, and a valid passport is required for participation.
