MoDOT to host job fair in St. Joseph

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The Missouri Department of Transportation is hosting a job fair aimed at hiring maintenance workers across multiple locations.

The job fair takes place on Saturday, April 13, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Northwest District Office in St. Joseph.

Full-time employees can expect on-the-job training and a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plans, paid vacation, sick and parental leave, as well as medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage.

Applicants are encouraged to bring a valid driver's license and can complete applications on-site or beforehand at modot.org/careers.

An active email address is required for the application process. To qualify, individuals must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver's license.

Successful candidates will undergo a criminal background check, drug screening, work simulation, and physical examination at a later date.
