ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The St. Joseph Symphony's grand finale of the season, "The Future's So Bright (I've gotta wear shades!)", is happening this Saturday at the historic Missouri Theater.
This concert features the talented winners of Missouri Western State University's aria and concerto contest alongside the St. Joseph Symphony.
Sara Poet, a soprano, will enchant the audience with "Sorry Her Lot Who Loves Too Well" from H-M-S Pinafore, while David Welter, a trombonist, will captivate with "Concerto for Trombone."
The symphony will then conclude the evening with Tchaikovsky's Symphony Number 2, "The Ukrainian." Doors open at 6 p.m. and the performance starts at 7 p.m.
