BETHANY, Mo. - During it's most recent meeting, the Bethany Board of Alderman reached a stalemate in their search for answers regarding dog bites in the community.

According to Bethany ordinances, dogs that have bitten a person are required to remain in a vet clinic for 10 days.

However, City Administrator Jake Taylor spoke with KXCV/KRNW on the struggles of finding a solution for this issue after the only two veterinarians in Bethany passed away within months of each other.

While no resolution to the issue has been made, the city continues to look for viable options for the community.
