ambulance emergency

EAGLEVILLE, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a Texas teen is in serious condition after a single-vehicle wreck in Harrison County.

The Patrol says 18-year-old Daniel Romero Garcia was driving a 2016 GMC Acadia on U.S. Interstate 35.

At 2:08 p.m. Saturday, about seven miles north of Eagleville, the GMC went off the road several times before completely travelling off the road, hitting an embankment, and overturning multiple times.

Romero Garcia, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was ejected. He was taken to Truman Medical Center by Life Flight Eagle with serious injuries.
