ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - In St. Joseph, a Robidoux Middle School math teacher has been arrested and charged. Tim Harding was charged first-degree sodomy on Monday after being arrested over the weekend.

The charges stem from an incident with a 14-year-old student that allegedly took place on May 7 at school. The St. Joseph School District reported that they acted promptly upon being notified by an employee about these allegations.

Due to the sensitive nature of personnel matters, the district has not provided additional details. An investigation is underway by both the school district and local authorities.

The district has assured full cooperation with the ongoing investigations. Parents at Robidoux Middle School have been informed, and staff members are available to support students, especially those with relevant information.
