MoDOT hosting public meeting on several projects

GRANT CITY, Mo. - In Grant City, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is hosting a public meeting to discuss upcoming bridge deck replacement projects in Gentry and Worth counties.

The meeting will take place Wednesday, June 5 at the Worth County Senior Center from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Attendees can speak with project leaders about the planned replacements on Route B, U.S. Route 1-69, Missouri Route 46, Route W, and Route M.

This open house format allows the public to share their thoughts and concerns directly with MoDOT engineers or through a comment form.

Engineers will also be available to discuss other Statewide Transportation Improvement Program projects and maintenance work in the area.

For those unable to attend, public comments can be submitted online at modot.org or by mail to the MoDOT office in St Joseph. Comments must be postmarked by June 19.
