ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - Bond has been set at $50,000 for Everett "Tim" Harding, a former Robidoux Middle School teacher charged with first-degree sodomy.

The 47-year-old from Maryville appeared in court this week, where officials revealed that a forensic interview may have uncovered an additional victim.

Harding, who must remain on house arrest and have no contact with the victim, was booked into the Buchanan County Jail on May 20.

The charges stem from a May 7 incident involving a 14-year-old girl, with allegations that Harding had sexual contact with the student in his locked classroom. The St. Joseph School District terminated Harding's employment last week.

He had been teaching math at Robidoux since 2022 and previously worked at four other schools in the area over the past decade. Harding's next court appearance is scheduled for July 2.
