SKIDMORE, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a 55-year-old Skidmore man is in serious condition after a single-vehicle wreck over the weekend.

The Patrol says Richard Culp was driving a 2009 Chevy Malibu on Route V, about two miles east of Skidmore. At 12:55 a.m. Saturday, the Chevy traveled off the road, struck a field entrance and overturned.

Culp, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph with serious injuries.
