MARYVILLE, Mo. - Maryville welcomes the return of MYP: Second Stage with its production of the classic musical, Rogers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma!
The show marks the sixth production by Maryville Young Players, following a hiatus in 2023. Oklahoma! features an all-ages cast of over 50 local volunteers, bringing to life a love story set in the early 20th-century Oklahoma Territory.
Directed by Tye Parsons, co-founder of MYP, the production promises classic Broadway storytelling with big dance numbers, fun costumes, and tricky accents.
Performances will take place at the Lee and Nina Schneider Center for the Performing Arts at Maryville High School, Friday through Saturday.
Reserved seating tickets are $10 and can be purchased online at ShowTix4U or at the door one hour before showtime. For more information and tickets, visit the Maryville Young Players Facebook page.
