34th annual golf event to honor longstanding Maryville community member

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Maryville and the St. Francis Foundation are set to host the 34th annual St. Francis Foundation Golf Classic on Friday, Aug. 23, at Mozingo Lake Golf Course.

This year’s event is hosted by Dr. Patrick Harr in celebration of his 80th birthday. Dr. Harr was born at the original St. Francis Hospital in 1944 and has been a staple in the Maryville community, practicing medicine since 1974.

Dr. Harr’s dedication to the community has seen him caring for three generations of families in various capacities, including his office practice, emergency department, obstetrics, and sports medicine clinics.

Proceeds from the Golf Classic will fund new respiratory therapy equipment at Mosaic Medical Center in Maryville, expanding patient care capabilities. To register for the event, visit stfrancishospitalfoundation.com.
