Alanthus Grove man seriously injured in motorcycle crash

A serious motorcycle crash occurred over the weekend in Gentry County.

27-year-old Devin Johnson, of Alanthus Grove, was seriously injured when he fell off his 1988 Honda 650 NX while traveling northbound on Route B, two miles south of Alanthus Grove. The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. The cause of the accident is unknown. Johnson's motorcycle slid off the roadway and came to rest on its side.

Johnson was transported to the University of Kansas Hospital in Kansas City with serious injuries.
