High Priority Unfunded Needs listing created by MODOT

MODOT

With 33,811 miles of roads and 10,392 bridges and culverts, Missouri has one of the largest transportation systems in any given state.

Alongside regional partners, the Missouri Department of Transportation has drafted a High Priority Unfunded Needs listing, which shows 1.1 billion dollars in unfunded transportation needs, in hopes of guiding the state and federal funds to form vital projects in the future. The public now has the opportunity to make comments on the list. From 4:30 p.m. to 1.16 p.m. on August 6th at the Barton Farm Campus, a meeting will be held to discuss the draft and hear feedback.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, the presentation will be made available at moDOT.org/highpriortyunfundedneedspublicmeetings with a comment form attached. The online presentation and comment form will be available through Friday, August 23rd. For more information call MoDOT at 888-ASK-MODOT or visit www.MoDOT.org.
