St. Joe Animal Control & Rescue changing operation hours

The City of St. Joseph Health Department Animal Control and Rescue shelter will now be changing their hours of operation beginning on August 18th, to 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. This effort is in hopes of allowing for more opportunities for the public to become involved in their volunteer and support programs such as the Friends of the Shelter community volunteer group.
