ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The public is invited to see a famous Budweiser Clydesdale at a special event in St. Joseph later this month.
Hosted by Wil Fischer Companies, the Budweiser team and their handlers will be at Hi-Ho and Big Shots at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31.
The Clydesdales will walk down Frederick to Jake’s Steakhouse, starting at 3:45 p.m., a journey expected to take about 30 minutes. They will stay at Jake’s for another 30 minutes, finishing their public appearance around 4:45 p.m.
The Budweiser Clydesdales have been a part of the brand’s history since 1933, symbolizing the repeal of Prohibition.
This event is free and open to the public, with opportunities for photos. The event is weather permitting and may be canceled due to heat or rain.
