ALBANY, Mo. - The MU Extension Office is getting ready for the Hundley-Whaley Farm, Field and Family Day in Albany next month.
The event will offer educational activities and a complimentary dinner on Sept. 4, with registration beginning at 4 p.m., followed by wagon tours at 5 p.m.
Topics at this year's event include drone use, crop diseases, forage systems, and farm safety. Attendees can also learn how to back up a gooseneck trailer and use a tourniquet.
The MU School of Medicine's Mobile Sim unit will also be at the site to provide hands-on medical training. The evening concludes with a free awards dinner at 7 p.m. For more information, visit mizzou.us.
