Red Oak man booked on multiple warrants

RED OAK, Iowa - A 34-year-old Red Oak man was arrested earlier this week, facing multiple charges, including five Iowa warrants.

The warrants against Dylan Thomas Griffeth include two counts of probation violation, each with a $10,000 cash-only bond, 3rd degree domestic abuse assault with a $5,000 cash-only bond, 3rd degree harassment, and violation of a no-contact order, both with $300 bonds.

Griffeth also faces an additional charge of interference with official acts.

The arrest occurred around 12:15 p.m. Tuesday at 305 East Market Street, where 26-year-old Abigail Jean Kates was also arrested for violating a no-contact order, interference with official acts, and accessory after the fact.

Her bond is set at $300. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office and a parole officer from the Fourth Judicial District assisted in the arrests.
