The City of Saint Joseph has announced new operating hours for the Animal Control and Rescue shelter. Starting this Sunday, the shelter will now be open to the public from Tuesday through Sunday, between 1:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. For more details about the shelter's operations or to view pets available for adoption, visit the city's website.
