Burlington Junction Farmers’ Fall Festival this weekend

BURLINGTON JUNCTION, Mo. - The Burlington Junction Farmers’ Fall Festival kicks off Friday with events continuing through Saturday evening.

Friday evening's activities include ATV barrel racing at City Park starting at 6 p.m., with registration closing at 5:30 p.m.

Saturday begins with breakfast hosted by the American Legion and FFA at 6 a.m. at the Legion Hall, followed by a tractor cruise at 8 a.m. The Little Mr. and Miss contest starts at 8:30 a.m., with the baby contest to follow.

Throughout the day, various contests will take place at the baseball field and City Park. The parade starts at 11 a.m., with lunch served by the West Nodaway After Prom Committee at the Legion Hall.

At 4:30 p.m., the grand marshal and Little Mr. and Miss will be presented, and a community dinner will follow at 5 p.m. The evening wraps up with a performance by the Clay Clear Band from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the basketball court.
