65th Annual Clarinda Craft Carnival this weekend

CLARINDA, Iowa - Craft and food lovers are heading to Clarinda this weekend for Iowa's largest handmade craft show, the 65th Annual Clarinda Craft Carnival.

Taking place Saturday, October 19 the event features over 475 booths across five venues, including the Page County Fairgrounds, Clarinda High School, and the Clarinda Lied Center.

Organizers says vendors will offer everything from home decor and handmade soaps to custom jewelry and upcycled glassware. Food options will include fudge, freeze-dried candy, and Wisconsin cheeses.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with a $5 admission fee. Children 10 and under get in free. Shuttle buses will provide transportation between locations.
