MARYVILLE, Mo. - The Rose Theatre in Maryville is holding auditions for its upcoming murder mystery production,"Murder at the Renaissance Faire."
Tryouts are scheduled for October 24 and 25 at 6 p.m. at the Rose Theatre. Those auditioning only need to attend one session, and no prepared materials are required.
The play, set in modern day, follows a Renaissance Faire Company attempting to stage Shakespeare scenes when the actor playing Romeo is mysteriously murdered.
Performances are set for December 6, 7 and 8, as a dessert theater event. For more information, contact director Nina Dewhirst at 660-582-8916.
