ambulance emergency

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. - The Missouri State Highway Patrol says a Chillicothe teen was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash. The Patrol says the 18-year-old was driving a 2005 Buick LeSabre on LIV 251 in Livingston County.

At 6:30 a.m. Monday, the teen failed to yield when crossing Highway V, and was struck by a 2022 Ford F-350. The Ford driver suffered no injuries.

The teen, who wasn't wearing a seatbelt, was taken to Truman Medical Center in Kansas City with serious injuries.
