Mosaic offering course for expectant parents and caregivers in Maryville

MARYVILLE, Mo. - Expectant parents and caregivers in Maryville can prepare for the journey of parenthood with specialized classes offered by Mosaic Medical Center - Maryville.

Designed to boost confidence and provide essential knowledge, these classes cover a range of vital topics. Childbirth education classes guide participants through labor and delivery, pain management, and postpartum care.

They’ll take place on January 16, March 20, May 15, July 17, September 18, and November 20.

For safety-conscious caregivers, infant and child safety classes cover car seat safety, safe sleep practices, and emergency response, including hands-on infant and child CPR training.

These sessions are set for February 20, April 17, June 19, August 21, October 16, and December 18. Each class runs from 5 to 8 p.m. at Mosaic Medical Center – Maryville and costs $10 per couple, with a light dinner provided.
