St. Joseph Polar Plunge rescheduled for next month

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. - The 2025 St. Joseph Polar Plunge has been postponed due to weather concerns. Originally set for Saturday, February 15, the event will now take place on Saturday, March 22, at the St. Joseph Aquatic Park.

Registration begins at 11 a.m., with the plunge starting at 1 p.m. Organizers say the decision prioritizes the safety of participants, volunteers, and spectators. All registrations and donations will carry over to the new date.

The Polar Plunge is a fundraiser for Special Olympics Missouri, supporting athletes with intellectual disabilities. For updates or to register, visit PlungeMO.org.
