The Friends of St. Joseph Public Library is hosting a book sale of unique, older and local interest items. The books cover a variety of subjects and include novels, children's books, local interest and nonfiction books. Most of the two thousand books in the sale have been donated to the library, while others have come from the library collection.
The sale will be held at the Downtown Library, at 927 Felix Steet, on the main level. The sale will be Friday, March 28th from 10 a.m. to 5p.m. and Saturday, March 29th from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
There will also be a Friends members' only preview sale on Friday, March 28th from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. For more information about the Vintage and Collectible Book Sale or how to donate books to the library, contact Jessica Poet at 816-236-2107.
