The Maryville High School Robotics Team has qualified for the 2025 VEX Robotics World Championship. Two weeks ago the team made it to the state championship where they placed first and quallified for the World Chamionship.
Eight Maryville High School students will be attending this competition and will be up against eight hundred teams from around the world. Maryville High School Robotics Coach, Phil Stone, says he is looking forward to his team getting to experience this championship and competiting.
Stone says this is the Robotics team second time qualifying for the World Championship, the first time was three years ago. This year's Robotics World Championships will be held May 6th through the 8th in Dallas, Texas.
