Planned work by MoDot in northwest Missouri

Two road constructions projects are planned to get underway this week in northwest Missouri. According to a report from the Missouri Department of Transportion, in Andrew County, construction workers will begin resurfacing of Interstate 29 from US 59 north of the Nodaway River to business 71 north of St. Joseph. That project is expected to be completed in July.

In Buchanan County, a resurfacing project of U-S Route 59 near Rushville to Route 169 will run through April.

Also in Mercer County, a public meeting is scheduled at Princeton High School on Wednesday to discuss proposed ADA Sidewalk Improvements along US Routes 136 and 65. The public meeting will be held from 11 AM to 6pm.
