A bridge replacement project on Route NN in Nodaway County is set to begin Monday. Crews with Louis-Company, LLC, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, will replace the bridge over the Platte River, aiming to reopen it by October 2025.
MoDOT closed the bridge last August after a routine inspection found structural deterioration. It will remain closed for the duration of the project, and drivers will need to continue using alternate routes.
