Chillicothe Tourism Board preview for public meeting

The Chillicothe Convention and Visitors Bureau Tourism Board will hold a public meeting tomorrow at noon at City Hall, located at 715 Washington Street.

On the agenda: discussion of the 2024 budget close-out and 2025 planning. The board will also review candidates for a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist position, provide updates on grant applications, and share progress on the city’s Welcome Sign Project.

Additional topics include tourism events like the upcoming D23 weekend in May, Sliced Bread Day in June, the summer car show, and seasonal marketing plans heading into fall and winter.
