Plans for St. Joseph Symphony has been announced for 2025-26 season

The St. Joseph Symphony has announced plans for their 2025-26 season which includes a change in their Chamber Concert Series. Managing Director Nancy Brunson says they will be moving the concerts from Sunday afternoons to Friday evenings.

"We can't do what normal symphony orchestras in a regional sense does. They'll usually have two or three concerts specifically directed towards people who like lighter classical music. More pop today and broadway, that sort of thing.  We did some surveying of our audiences and most of them said that if they were to go to a concert, they would want it to be in the evening.", says Brunson. 

The Chamber Concert Series dates are set for September 26th, January 16th, 2026 and February 20th, 2026. The full orchestra concerts will include performances on October 18th, December 20th, March 28th, 2026 and April 25th, 2026. Season tickets for all seven St. Joseph Symphony concerts go on sale in the coming weeks with single ticket sale beginning later this summer.
