Motorists using Andrews County Route D can expect delays throughout the weekend

The Missouri Department of Transportation, is working to scrub seal a portion od Andrews County Route D today through the weekend. During construction, crews will narrow the roadway to one lane with a pilot car guiding motorists through the work zone. Flaggers will also be present at intersections. Drivers can expect wait times and delays.

The work is part of a much bigger project to scrub seal roads across the state's northwest. Earlier this year, scrub and seal efforts were completed in Nodaway and Atchison Counties. The contractor has until December 2026 to complete this project. Scheduling details for the remaining routes will be made available as they are determined.
