Blood drive in St. Joseph on June 23rd

Blood drive in St. Joseph

The Kansas City Royals, The Community Blood Center and the St Joseph Public Library are stepping up to the plate to help save lives with a commuity blood drive on Monday, June 23rd.

Donors are invited to give blood between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. at the Downtown Library at 927 Felix St.

Walk in's are welcome, or you can make an appointment by going to SaveAlifenow.org and enter the City of St Joseph as your location to find the event.

Participants will recieve a free T-shirt and 2 tickets to a Royals home game while supplies last.

Donors should eat well, stay hydrated, bring a photo ID and take it easy for the rest of the day.
